Introduction

Manufactured by Volkswagen India, the subsidiary of the German manufacturer Volkswagen since 2010, the subcompact Sedan Vento is becoming a highly preferred one worldwide due to it's supreme styling and features. The fuel efficiency of the Sedan is also impressive with a delivery of 18.19 kmpl by the 1.2L petrol engine and 21.50 kmpl by the 1.5L diesel engine. Acceleration wise the Sedan reaches 100kmph from a hault in 12.3 seconds with the 1.2 litre petrol engine with a top speed of 185 kmph and in 11.2 seconds with the 1.5 litre diesel engine with a top speed of 180 kmph. Performance wise with the 7 speed Automatic transmission, the Sedan delivers a fine and impressive one which makes everyone tilt in its favor.

Exteriors

Volkswagen is popularly known for it's stylish and skillful designs. Vento has got a supreme galvanized body design not commonly found in subcompact Sedans with an artful use of Chrome finish on the front grille, Air dams and surroundings of the Fog lamps. The signature Halogen headlamps and bold fog lamps make the front face of the car full of elegance. On the side profile the Sedan has detailing with the character lines running throughout the side length and the body coloured door handles and side mirrors give the Sedan a premium defined style. The Vento is immensely stylish from the inside also as it is from the outside. With the huge wheelbase, the Sedan gets spacious cabin and legroom space and the comfortable fabricated seats with height adjustable driver seat, front and rear arm rests with cup holders, dual tone interior environment, black finish scratch resistant dashboard and centre console with sufficient storage compartments make the interiors a bunch of leisure. 3 spoke Power steering wheel has control buttons mounted and chrome finish is very well used on the surrounds of AC vents, steering wheel accent, handbrake lever knob and gearshift. A basic Radio,MP3, CD player compatible with Digital clock Audio unit is fitted and a huge boot space of 455 litres leads to a spacious interior design.

Safety is a priority for the brand for which they have fitted decent safety features in the Vento.
